Returns

1. To return an item, you need to select a reason from the list on your Delivery Note/Invoice and write the corresponding letter into the ‘Returns Code’ column against the relevant item. Then within 14 days of receipt, send the goods you wish to return along with the Delivery Note to Drystar Returns, PO BOX 133, Uckfield,TN22 1HH, United Kingdom.

For your convenience, you can use the FREEPOST returns label on the other side of this Delivery Note to address your parcel if you are sending it from within the UK. You can also re-use the Drystar mailing bag by using the unused adhesive strip.

2. Take your parcel to your nearest post office. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

3.All items returned to us must be in their original condition. If they are not, we may be unable to accept them. Where reasonable care hasn’t been taken with any items, we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.

4. As long as any goods are returned in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.

Exchanges

1. If you’d like to exchange an item please write the corresponding letter into the ‘Returns Code’ column against the relevant item on your Delivery Note/Invoice. Then give our Customer Service Team a ring on 0835 4500180 or email us at drystar.responsehandlingteam. co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Make sure you’ve got your order number to hand. After that, send the goods you wish to exchange along with the Delivery Note to Drystar Returns, PO BOX 133, Uckfield,TN22 1HH, United Kingdom within 14 days of requesting an exchange.
